Where are your products made / shipped from ?

My print providers are located in the US and UK and products are shipped from those locations.

Order production and shipping

All of our Print Providers use high quality printers that provide you with the best quality products. Once your order is produced, it’s shipped directly to you anywhere in the world. Once the product is shipped, the order is updated with a tracking code. You will also receive an auto-notification email.

How long does shipping take?

This of course depends a lot on your location and where the shipment is made from.After processing and production time of 3-6 days shipping can take 2-4 weeks and in remote areas even longer.

Lost or damaged orders and refunds

In the case of damaged goods, there is no need to send the product back to me. Simply email me under contact with the order number and images of the damaged goods or only the order ID for lost goods and we will have replacements sent out right away.

For a lost or damaged order I will provide you with a reprint.

If there are any issues with the reprint after receiving all required information, I will refund you within 3 business day after notifying me.

For lost orders over $200 with no tracking information available, refunds will not be provided. All refunds are issued on a case to case basis.

Can I return products?

I will only review replacement or return requests if the product is missing, damaged or has a print error – provided that it was caused by the print partner. I am not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover the expenses.

Can an order be canceled?

You can cancel orders before they go into production. Orders are processed quickly after they are received. This means you only have a few hours to cancel an order after it is placed. After an order goes into the printing process, we do not allow cancellations.
So please make sure you provided the right address and size and make changes within the same day if needed.

What are the VAT conditions in EU?

Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to all orders that are printed in European Union (for example UK) and shipped to any of the European Union countries.

When buying products from United Kingdom, 20% VAT is applied.

Why don’t you offer personalized products?

I love this feature and I am working on that. There will be an app on my site soon.
